What our customers say...
Our deliverables

High-resolution scan data
In-house or mobile service
Send us your object and we’ll ship it back after scanning. Need to keep hold of your part? We can travel to you and scan on-site.
Protect your valuable items
3D scanning is non-contact and non-destructive, so there’s no need to worry about the condition of your items.
For larger-scale projects, such as buildings, landscapes, and infrastructure, see our professional 3D laser scanning services.
Print quality parts, fast
Choose from a wide range of colours and materials. We handle everything from unique prints and functional prototypes to batch production.
Upload a 3D file and receive your parts in as little as 2 days.

Reverse engineer to CAD

- Reverse engineering allows us to transform raw scan data into a perfect 3D model, delivered as a CAD-compatible STEP file.
- The process involves scanning your object to create a point cloud, before using specialist software to generate either a parametric or auto-surfaced model.
- A parametric model is the most popular choice. It aims to replicate original design intent by filling holes and other defects, leaving you with a flawless model.
- Auto-surfacing is a quicker, cheaper process. Rather than correcting imperfections, it retains an accurate representation of the object's exact geometry.
How can we help?
No matter the scope, every project has untapped potential. Streamline your operations, reduce costs, and save precious time.
3D tech won’t always be the answer. Contact our specialists for an honest conversation about whether it’s a good match.
Here are just a few scenarios in which our 3D services offer an ideal solution 👇
Rapid prototyping
Quickly test functional prototypes and make changes as you go. When you find a winning design, move into production immediately.
CAD combined with additive manufacturing allows engineers and entrepreneurs to cut development time from months to days.
On-demand manufacturing
Reduce storage costs and adapt to fluctuations in demand with a digital inventory.
Once you have printable files, we can manufacture your products on demand. This also allows you to adjust colours and materials based on your customer's requirements.
Obsolete parts
Need a part that's no longer in production? We can scan your existing part, digitally repair any damage, and 3D print a replacement.
This is commonly used for restoring classic vehicles, making spares of rare objects, or remanufacturing failing machinery.
Don't see what you're looking for?
The possibilities are endless with 3D scanning, CAD, and 3D printing. Whatever hurdles you’re facing, get in touch and we’ll advise the best course of action.
